Camp Tawow offers private seasonal camping along the shores of Candle Lake for those who prefer experiencing places and spaces less travelled. Our quiet and off-the-beaten-path facility allows visitors to enjoy camping, canoeing, swimming, beach-front recreation, and the wilderness in a culturally relevant way. Camp Tawow is also stones throw from golf courses, shopping districts, restaurants, and boat launches located within the Village of Candle Lake.
Our camp kitchen is equipped with water and electrical service. All cabins include new bedding, window dressings, and interior and exterior paint. Canoe rentals, playground equipment, picnic tables, fire pits, and garbage cans are also provided on-site.
Expansion plans for Camp Tawow include amenities such as additional service cabins, development of tenting and tipi areas, and an expanded beach front.
