Thank you for your interest in the Community Development Initiative.
In order to be eligible to win the prizes, you must:
- Complete the survey as provided by the Survey Interviewer (on-reserve).
- Complete the online survey (off-reserve).
- Be an on or off-reserve registered member of the Beardy’s & Okemasis First Nation. **You will be required to provide proof or verify your membership**
- Be 16 years of age or older on March 15, 2016.
- Prizes will be drawn at our launch event in June.
- Only those fully completed surveys will be eligible to enter the draw.
- Beardy’s & Okemasis First Nation reserves the right to change or alter the prize packages and or eligibility rules at any time.
