Pemiska Tourism is having a contest!
The contest is open to all BOCN band members and residents of all ages living on or off-reserve.
We are seeking the community’s help in designing 5 themes with murals for our Pemiska Lodges that will be located at Fort Carlton Provincial Park.
We would like you to design a theme with a description and/or drawing of a mural that you’d like to see in the lodge. Actual murals will be 3.5′ x 3.5′ or 42″ x 42″. Submissions may be to scale.
You are welcome to submit designs for all 5 lodges.
Please be sure to include your full name and phone number on your submission.
Keep in mind these lodge themes are to tell the stories and history of the BOCN and Treaty 6 territory. Each winner will receive a $2,500 bursary to produce their mural in one of the lodges!

Submissions can be dropped off at the Band office or scanned and emailed to: projects@beardysband.com
Start Date: July 12th, 2023.
Submissions will be accepted until the Aug, 4th, 2023 at 12:00pm (noon).
Announcement of winners will be August 18th, 2023
