Project Summary: The Beardy’s & Okemasis’ Cree Nation is seeking a live band to perform for the Community Christmas Meal and to provide fiddle music for the Creeland Dancers.

Time: 4:00pm set up, 5pm Entertainment – 8pm.
Location of Event: CRCEC Gym, Beardy’s & Okemasis’ Cree Nation.
Services:
- Play/Sing Christmas Carols & other songs as appropriate throughout the evening.
- Provide live fiddle music for Creeland Dancers.
Bid should include: Band Name and Value of Bid.
Submission Deadline: Noon, Thursday, November 28, 2019.

Proposals will be reviewed and selected Friday, November 29, 2019 and notification will be provided once the selection has been approved.
