Re: Rent Collection Notice
Dear Membership,
The intent of this memo is to give notice to the tenants living in BOCN Housing Units that “Rent” will become effective January 1, 2019.
Rent will be set at $100.00 per band unit, per month. CMHC units will have a rental charge of $345.00 per month. Social Assistance will be cost-sharing this expense if there are SA clients that reside in the unit.
It is very important for the head of household to notify the Public Works Clerk (Jessica Daniels (306-467-4523)) of who resides in each unit as it determines the rental subsidy that will be covered by Social Assistance. If there is no clarification, the unit will assume the full rental charge.
