Notice is hereby given to the membership of the Beardy’s & Okemasis’ Cree Nation that an Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been called for Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at the Veterans Memorial Hall beginning at 6:30pm to nominate and elect members of and receive annual reports for the following Authorities, Boards, Committees, or Commissions of the Nation:

- Willow Cree Housing Authority (2 vacancies)
- Personnel Management Committee (3 vacancies)
- Women’s Committee (5 vacancies)
- Sports, Culture, Recreation Committee (7 vacancies)
- Powwow Committee (7 vacancies)
- Youth Centre Volunteer Committee (unlimited)
- Special Needs Committee (5 vacancies)
